Our Venue
Woodinville Wonderland is a 6,000 sq ft home nestled on a 27 acre private garden estate. This immaculate home is located just minutes from beautiful Woodinville wine country. The home offers a peaceful, quiet getaway, while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor concert venues. Stroll through the beautiful gardens, admire the many unique sculptures with streams running throughout. This is something you'll have to see to believe and appreciate!
Our Services
All events require a 3 night stay minimum.
For holding non wedding events, up to 55 ppl max, Event Fee $1500.00.
Fee includes usage of event furniture.
For holding wedding, Event fee $3000, up to 60 guests, and $4000,up to 120 guests max. Fee includes usage of all event furniture and tent.
Events are allowed to use any of equipment provided such as tables, chairs, tent, bar supplies and more! Event fee due at checkin.
ALL events must be approved before booking on airbnb.

We have a large grass parking area for guests, just off main driveway, 1 min walk to home, holds 150+ vehicles of all types. Rv's included, no hookups.
We allow all types of Rentals such as Dj's/live bands, dance floors, bathrooms, catering, food trucks etc.
No additional insurance or licensing required.
Music must be turned down by 10pm and off by 11pm.
